About the Job
We are a high‑volume, well‑established wellness facility in Weirton, WV seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) or those eligible for West Virginia licensure. Our owners are husband‑and‑wife LMTs with 20+ years of experience who actively work alongside our team and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities.
- Strong deep‑tissue capability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a team‑focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client intake and discuss goals, concerns, and medical history.
- Identify areas of tension, imbalance, or discomfort.
- Deliver safe, effective, and customized massage treatments.
- Provide guidance on stretching, posture, and self‑care.
- Assist with laundry, room turnover, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Our company started when Doug and Charity both worked for the same big chain massage corporation. We were not happy with the way clients were herded in like cattle and that the therapists were treated as disposable. We knew we could do better. In 2015 decided to make a go of it.
Our first space was shared, and it was tiny! We were on a shoestring budget. There was only one room to work from so we promoted couples massage to build up our clientele and got some great reviews. Word of mouth worked as our best marketing technique and eventually we moved into a space that better suited us.
Soon we outgrew that space and found the building we currently occupy. However, we only occupied Suite 3. It was an upgrade from our previous space, and we saw a potential for growth. Within a couple years we have expanded and now have more room to allow us to expand our team and offerings.
We Now Offer a Variety of Holistic Therapies Including:
Massage, Skincare, Hypnosis, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Red-Light Therapy, UV Therapy and Vibro-acoustic Therapy that will refresh and rejuvenate your body and mind.
