Our front desk team is the heart of the business. You’re the first person clients meet, the one who guides them through our services, and the one who helps them understand the value of memberships and retail products.
Your sales conversations directly impact your income.
The people who thrive here are the ones who enjoy recommending services, explaining benefits, and helping clients commit to their wellness goals.
If you’re comfortable talking with people and naturally lean into sales, you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression.
- Sell memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Explain the benefits of red-light therapy, sauna, UV tanning, and other wellness services.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments.
- Keep the space clean, organized, and guest‑ready.
- Support the team with light cleaning and laundry (everyone helps — even the owners).
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who enjoys sales and isn’t afraid to talk to people.
- A friendly, confident communicator.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Professional appearance (business casual).
- Reliable, upbeat, and able to multitask.
- A team‑player who understands that sales are part of the job, not optional.
Earning Potential:
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their income through performance.
You’ll earn:
- Hourly minimum wage.
- Commission on membership sales.
- Commission on retail sales.
- Performance‑based incentives.
If you’re not comfortable selling, this job won’t be a good fit.
If you are comfortable selling, you’ll make significantly more than hourly pay alone.
